Google OAuth2.0 & Email Scope
LinkiFyi uses Google OAuth 2.0 for user authentication and authorization. When you connect your Google account, we may request access to your Gmail account using the full email scope (https://mail.google.com/) for the sole purpose of sending emails on your behalf.
- We do not read, delete, or modify any of your emails.
- We use the granted access only to send messages that you explicitly create or schedule within LinkiFyi.
- We do not store or share your email data with any third parties.
- All OAuth tokens and credentials are securely stored and encrypted.
- You can revoke access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.
This limited use of data fully complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy and the Gmail API guidelines.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide LinkiFyi and to comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our data retention procedures, subject to backups and legal requirements.
